Thought I was doing ok for a while after you left but its weird how thoughts of you still come out of left field and send me spinning. I'm so grateful to have the dogs to get me up off the couch and outside, otherwise I think I may just never have the motivation and energy to get up and move and get out of my head. On my walks with the dogs I can think about you and have a good cry if I need to.  As the Disney trip gets closer I think I'm having a harder time dealing with the loss because now once again I have to admit that you are really gone and not just in Cali. I still miss you so much big bro.......
